Somali Agency Relief for Peace and Development (SARPED) is a devoted non-governmental organization with a steadfast commitment to advancing peace, development, and the overall well-being of individuals and communities across Somalia. Established in 2020, SARPED emerged in response to the urgent needs of vulnerable populations, dedicating its efforts to implementing sustainable projects across critical sectors, including health, education, Social protection, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and livelihood support to bolster food security.

SARPED’s operations are guided by a strong sense of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability. The organization aims not only to offer temporary relief but to forge a lasting and positive impact on the lives of those in need. Upholding these principles, SARPED aspires to see a Somalia where communities flourish, individuals thrive, and enduring positive change becomes a tangible reality.

Somali Agency Relief for Peace and Development (SARPED) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering brotherhood and everlasting peace in South Central Somalia. Our mission is not driven by the pursuit of exclusive benefits for a select few but rather to promote peace and unity for the greater good of the region. The organization focuses on various key areas, including Education, Health Care, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene, Peace Promotion, Humanitarian Aid, Agriculture Improvement, Livestock, Environmental Conservation, Rehabilitation of Social Infrastructure, Human Rights, Emergency Response, and the Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis, as well as addressing the needs of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in South Central Somalia.
